Returns
Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, in the same new and unused condition.
You will need to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA). This can be done in one of two ways. Directly through your customer account, or you may contact us via email at; rvpartsexpressllc@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, item(s) being returned as well as the reason for the return.
If the reason for your return was because of an error we made, i.e. shipped a part different from what you ordered, or we advised you on what to order and it was incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will send you a return authorization as well as a prepaid return shipping label.
If the reason for the return was because of an error you made i.e., ordered the wrong part for your refrigerator model without the help of someone at RV Fridge Parts Direct, we will email you a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) along with the return address. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
